In this video, we take a look at AMMO’s new 1/48-scale MiG-17F Deluxe Edition, a complete model kit that includes decals for a total of 16 aircraft from 10 different countries. Join us as we explore everything the box contains, from the plastic parts to the resin details and photo-etched parts exclusive to this Deluxe Edition.
It also includes painting guides for all the aircraft that can be built from this kit, including planes from the Soviet Union, East Germany, Angola, Cuba, Poland, Vietnam, China, North Korea, Egypt, and Syria. The high-quality decals for these aircraft are printed on four sheets by Cartograf.
We also take a close look at the highly detailed molds, cast with exceptional precision. Since this is a Deluxe Edition, it also includes masks from Ginger Cat, which make painting the cockpit and landing gear easier. As you’ll see, the instrument panels are 3D-printed in pre-colored acrylic resin by Red Fox Studio. Finally, we unpack the extra detail parts, which are 3D-printed in gray resin and include the landing gear, ejection seat, rocket launchers and pylons, the pilot’s helmet, and the access ladder.
En este vídeo echamos un vistazo al nuevo MiG-17F Deluxe Edition de AMMO en la escala 1/48, una maqueta completa que incluye marcas para un total de 16 aviones de 10 países diferentes. Acompáñanos mientras exploramos todo lo que contiene la caja, desde las piezas de plástico hasta los detalles de resina y fotograbados exclusivos de esta Deluxe Edition.
También incluye guías de pintura para todos los aviones que se pueden montar con este conjunto, entre los que se encuentran aviones de la Unión Soviética, Alemania Oriental, Angola, Cuba, Polonia, Vietnam, China, Corea del Norte, Egipto y Siria. Las calcas de alta calidad para estos aviones están impresas en cuatro hojas por Cartograf.
También echamos un vistazo de cerca a las matrices altamente detalladas, moldeadas con una precisión excepcional. Al tratarse de una Deluxe Edition, incluye además máscaras de Ginger Cat, que facilitan la pintura de la cabina y las ruedas. Como veréis, los paneles de instrumentos están impresos en 3D en resina acrílica precoloreada por Red Fox Studio. Por último, desempaquetamos las piezas de detalle extra, que están impresas en 3D en resina gris e incluyen las ruedas, el asiento eyectable, los lanzacohetes y los pilones, el casco del piloto y la escalera de acceso.

In this video, we show you how to achieve a perfect, chrome-like gloss finish with the new IONIC Super Chrome Marker. Throughout the video, you’ll discover the key features of this new product from IONIC, including its fine tip, ease of use, high coverage and much more. As you’ll see, the Super Chrome Marker can be used to easily paint reflective surfaces on armour, weapons and vehicles. Once dry, other products can be applied over the chrome finish to give the metal the desired shade.

Urban environments provide a magnificent narrative backdrop for dioramas covering a wide range of themes, from real historical events to wargaming tables, and even science fiction or post-apocalyptic scenes. AMMO’s new Dio Set takes the guesswork out of painting and weathering ruined brick buildings, as it includes the seven most essential products in a single, convenient box.
This video walks you through the process of using each product from start to finish, including how to add extra debris with Crushed Brick Medium and prepare porous surfaces for painting with Plasticator. Next, the brick is painted with ATOM Red Brick, applied using both a brush and an airbrush, before quickly adding volume, variation, and definition with Dio Drybrush Medium Rust. Next, you can easily simulate concrete using the Concrete pigment mixed with water, and then easily simulate dust from the rubble using the Medium Rust and Concrete pigments.

Manu Gil demonstrates how to use this set by explaining the entire process from start to finish, using only the six essential products included to create realistic roads, including an acrylic texture, masking tape, and ATOM white for markings, as well as weathering pigments.
