With the help of the Valencian model maker José Francisco Álvarez Font, we enter the Star Wars universe and show the first work of science fiction in this section. In this wonderful scene, Jose recreates the flight of the mythical Millennium Falcon in the film The Force Awakens (2015).
For its realization he used Bandai's model in the scale 1/144 to which he added LED light to simulate the operation of the reactor, as well as the sounds of the reactor and the cannons, which are operated by switches on the side of the base.
Inside the cabin he included 4 figures, but they are not shown in the photos.
Finally mention that the surface of the lake is a methacrylate of railway modeling that simulates water and the wake was made with Vallejo water foam.
De la mano del maquetista valenciano José Francisco Álvarez Font, nos adentramos en el universo Star Wars y mostramos el primer trabajo de ciencia ficción en esta sección. Jose recrea en esta estupenda escena el vuelo del mítico Halcón Milenario en la película The Force Awakens (El despertar de la fuerza) del año 2015.
Para su realización empleó la maqueta de Bandai en la escala 1/144 a la que añadió luz LED para simular el funcionamiento del reactor, así como los sonidos de este último y los cañones, que se accionan con unos interruptores en el lateral de la base.
En el interior de la cabina incluyó 4 figuras, pero en las fotos no se aprecian.
Por último mencionar que la superficie del lago es un metacrilato de modelismo ferroviario que simula el agua y la estela que provoca la nave se realizó con espuma de agua de Vallejo.
